Shipping
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations during the initial launch.
Orders typically require 3–5 business days for preparation before shipment. USPS delivery generally requires an additional 2–4 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Standard shipping is $5.95. Standard shipping is free on orders of $60 or more.
Tracking is sent after the carrier accepts the package. Creatine monohydrate is not available for shipment to New York during the initial launch.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.
Returns, refunds, and order issues
Because supplements are ingestible products, purchases are final sale except when an item is damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or confirmed lost in transit.
Report damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, lot number, and best-by date when available.
Report a package believed to be lost within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement or refund.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse, opened products, an incorrect address supplied by the customer, unclaimed packages, or an order already in production. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once production begins.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
