Shipping policy

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations during the initial launch.

Processing and delivery

Orders typically require 3–5 business days for preparation before shipment. USPS delivery generally requires an additional 2–4 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Rates

Standard shipping is $5.95. Standard shipping is free on orders of $60 or more.

Tracking

Tracking is sent after the carrier accepts the package.

Product restriction

Creatine monohydrate is not available for shipment to New York during the initial launch.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Orders returned or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
